Some of you may remember Chris entertaining us via Zoom in December 2020 and 2021 with his memories of Kings Cross and Hatton Garden, and following in his footsteps as a Bobby on the Beat in the 1970s. This new presentation will be in a similar light-hearted style, mixing in a bit of history with a fair smattering of stories and memories from the past. We will meet some of his heroes along the way. Chris’s talk will take in an area to the north and west of Holborn Underground station, to include the tram tunnel in Southampton Row, and finishing up at Seven Dials.

Chris is a qualified member of Camden Tour Guides Association and his aim is to entertain you for a fun-packed hour on the run-up to The Festive Season.
